Timothy Massenburg, CPP Memorial Payroll Education Scholarship - Deadline May 1, 2023

Established in 1984, the American Payroll Association Richmond Chapter, Inc., is a member-based organization of payroll professionals providing education, certification support, and professional networking throughout Central Virginia. The Timothhy Massenburg CPP Memorial Payroll Education Scholarships were established in 2022 to honor its former Board member, the late Timothy Massenburg, CPP. The two scholarships are designed to encourage professional growth through payroll training and educational offerings. The Timothy Massenburg, CPP Memorial Payroll Payroll Education Scholarships include two awards of $625 to be used for continuing payroll education.

The candidates must be current members in good standing with the Richmond Chapter American Payroll Association.  Richmond Chapter Board of Directors are not eligible for these grants but may nominate someone.  Previous grant winners are not eligible to apply for the grants until after three years have passed.
